Championing the Needs of Underserved Communities

The People & Places Collaborative brought together strategic group of community development leaders to the nation’s capital to champion the needs of underserved communities. Together, we engaged directly with Congress and federal agencies, advocating for policies that are critical to advancing affordable housing, small business and entrepreneurship, community development. We promoted equitable access on federal advisory, regulatory, and governance committees.

The People & Places Collaborative is led by three organizations:

• Community Opportunity Alliance
• National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development 
  
• National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders
