Register for GrantStation

GrantStation is now available for NACEDA associations and their members. If you are a state or regional association, your access is free with your annual membership. 

If you are a member of a state or regional association, become a GrantStation Member and access Grantstation now for just $75!
 

To create or renew your membership:

  1. Register your organization with RegOnline, our member tracking service, at http://www.regonline.com/nacedawebmemberships. Here, you will be asked to identify the association you belong to and pay a $75 fee.
  2. Within 15 minutes, you will receive an email from NACEDA's website containing a login link.  Use this link to log in to the NACEDA website and set your NACEDA password.  (Please note that for security reasons, this link will only work one time, and expires within 24 hours of being sent.  Please log in and set your password as soon as you receive the confirmation email.)
  3. From NACEDA's web site, click the GrantStation link in your navigation menu. Or simply bookmark this page: http://www.naceda.org/grantstation If your membership is approved and you are logged in to NACEDA's web site, you will taken immediately to GrantStation.

Access to GrantStation is not for use in public libraries or other public resource centers. Organizations who want to make GrantStation available for public use should contact GrantStation directly for a cost quote, and to get information on GrantStation's IP access program.

 


What is GrantStation?

As a Member of NACEDA, your benefits package includes full access to GrantStation, a web-based set of resources to help you identify the most appropriate grantmakers for your organization. 

Once you’ve logged into GrantStation, you can navigate from the left-hand bar which includes:

•Learn
•Read

Search
This section of the website helps you find grantmakers who might fund your programs and projects. You can search private grantmakers based in the U.S. and internationally. You can also search for upcoming federal grants and loans and identify state funding opportunities.

Write
Are you new to grant writing? Check out “Getting Started” in this section. Tutorials on how to write letters of inquiry and instructions on developing the elements of a full grant proposal are available.

Learn
Tools in this section include a grantseeking calendar, advice for tracking in-kind contributions, questions to ask the grantmaker before applying and Online Education sessions that can further your grant knowledge.

Read
This section provides timely information, including the weekly funding spotlights and the “Tracks to Success” series, which offers in-depth guidance on a wide range of grantseeking and fundraising issues. The most recent GrantStation Insider and the GrantStation International Insider is also posted here, along with a searchable archive of announcements.
